Aha, you did not mention “scout webpin” last time, that’s nice too.
Also, you can save some searching and typing by using a zypper wildcard:
zypper in scout scout\*suse110

I used recordmydesktop: http://recordmydesktop.iovar.org/ and then ffmpeg to convert the output to mpeg4 avi and flv.

I moved the video to blip.tv. Seems that it can be downloaded without registration.
